nice decor tea random door
the room had a tv kettle coffee and tea were also provided. a fridge was available it also featured nice decor. the shower looked very nice.
the entrance and stairs felt unsafe at first i was travelling alone with my daughter.

convenient stay near haymarket
clean room clear instructions comfortable bed
the room was basic but clean. instructions to access the room were clear. the bed was comfortable and the room temperature was warm. the proximity to haymarket train station proved to be a significant advantage for transport (it really helped me to move around!).
the lack of a physical sign on the outer door made it slightly difficult to find initially.

the hotel includes two bathrooms available for five rentable rooms, this ensured one was always accessible. free tea and coffee were provided, a welcome addition. a toaster was present, offering an option for quick breakfasts.

communication through chat was easy and prompt. staff provided clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out procedures. i stored my bicycle in the apartment overnight for safety (this was quite helpful).

Surprisingly Convenient Stay
helpful kettle included toaster convenient fridge
I found the kettle, toaster, and mini fridge in the room helpful. Coffee, sugar, milk, and tea were also provided. The TV was nice to unwind after a long day. It was a welcome amenity. There was good WiFi available.
The noise from the road was quite loud. It disturbed my sleep slightly.

The room had a lot of storage space. It was more than sufficient for my needs. I appreciated the presence of heating in the room, it made the space more cozy. The cleanliness was well maintained.

The bathrooms were clean, and I found the shower unit to be excellent. I was happy to find a hairdryer in the room. I also appreciated the availability of an iron and ironing board.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
musty smell damp carpet
the room smelled musty, off-putting. the carpet felt damp, not fresh at all. i also noticed mold on the window, a concern. it definitely impacted my comfort.

great location friendly staff close transport
the tram and bus stops were really close by. a store next door was convenient. the staff checked on me often, so helpful!
i think the mattress wasn't the best.

my bedroom was spacious! the bathrooms were surprisingly clean, even though they were shared. soap, shampoo and conditioners were provided in the shower, a nice touch.

a kettle, toaster, and mini fridge were in the room, very useful. coffee, sugar, milk and tea were also provided for me. it was great i could leave my luggage before check-in, so helpful.
